I found that your document seems in uploading status. Do you mean that you stuck in uploading process in Microsoft Teams?
To exclude the client issue, we firstly recommend you try to login in Teams web client to see if this issue can be fixed well. If there is no issue in web client, then try to clean your Teams client cache file and restart it to see if it works. For more details about it, you can refer to:
