Computer doesn't wake up properly...

Hi,

It restarts instead of wakes up. This is a desktop pc (windows 10). I didn't download, install or do any changes as far as I know, only connected a UPS battery (but that probably a day after the problem started to occur anyway).

What can I try to fix this?

    It restarts instead of wakes up.

    Might check the event logs for clues.

    Hi,
    Does an auto reboot during it wakes from sleep?
    A common cause of such crashes is a corrupted or wrong driver driver.
    Try to update the BIOS and video card driver from manufacturer's official website.
    Then check for update, if you find new security update need to be installed, installing firstly.
    Run this command prompt powercf.exe -energy and reply with the log file that it will generate.
