Why Myanmar is not listed for Azure Registration ?

I want to join some mini challenges from Microsoft. Some of these challenges are needed to perform using Cloud services. When I'm about to sign up using my edu mail for Azure services, Myanmar is not listed. I can't continue to gain access to Microsoft Azure for Students.
