Red screen

Every time I restart my computer a red screen pops up that says "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" when I open task manager and end the task of Microsoft (R) HTML Application host (32 bit) the screen disappears. When I restart it again the red screen is back. I have no idea what to do about it. Please help

    Hi,
    Please restart to Safe Mode to check if red screen will pops up.

    Then perform a clean boot.

    Then open CMD window, right click it and run as admin. Type the command below:
    SFC /scannow
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    At last, open control panel>program>uninstall program. Uninstall unwanted tri-party software such as Amazon Asisstant.
