Please help, I bought a Microsoft office 2016 professional HUP order, my hard drive crashed that had it on it, now I can't install it on my new hard drive. I still have the original email that has the link to download the 64 bit office, which I did, but when I go into word it says that I do not have it and I have to purchase. My purchase order was 845866877. I have two microsoft accounts that I remember and neither of them show it in purchase history, just from my email. How can I get my product key from it?

    Hi BrnBlad-4961,
Maybe you mean that you need to re-activate your HUP Office 2016 product.
There is a similar case, the method here may help you.

After a long time search, I find a good example, one user resolve his similar issue:
“So, old post, but in case anyone else has this issue i just solved it myself...
The link sent in the Order Status email doesn't work. what i had to do was go to the HUP website through the first email sent to my work email address to purchase the office product. (If you don't have that anymore, then just go to the HUP website and enter in your work email address as if you are purchasing for the first time. you will be sent an new email with a link to buy, but the product you already bought will not be able to be purchased again.) that brought me to the HUP website where you can buy the backup media, or another product. from there, instead of clicking on the "Order History" link in the top right which starts the whole send you an email with a link b.s. that doesn't work, click on the "Customer Service" link instead.
This pulls up another window with the Contact Us page. there should be a box in the middle that summarizes your last purchase with the date, order #, recipient and total. in that box there is an "Order Details" link. click that. you will then be brought to the order details page with your product key for the office product.
on a side note. i compared the text string from this "Order Details" link, to the text string of the link provided in the order details email that gets sent to my work email, and they are in fact different. the one in the email is missing some arguments which i assume is why it doesn't work. (specifically the "rid=", "lookuppc=true", "re=od", "source=cu", and "local=false". maybe someone from Microsoft will see this and fix their link sent out in the email.)”
