About test scheduling failure

In taking the AZ-900 exam
I tried to register the exam schedule,
I was asked to take the following actions and could not schedule.
We also took the following actions, but could not schedule.

1. Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
2. Clear all cache and cookies
3. Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

When I try to edit the profile to get the "MCID", the above wording reappears and I can't create the MCID.
Also, chrome and Edge do not allow you to log in to Microsoft with your company email account.
