Accessing TechSoup Office Liscences

Hi,

Our nonprofit recently switched to Mac. We were approved through Techsoup for three Microsoft Office subscriptions.

The techs-up account is under our main email: onehopenetwork@Stuff .com.

However our individual emails are:
steve@onehopenetwork.org
kaylee@onehopenetwork.org
patti@onehopenetwork.org.
I added all three as users in "volume liscensing center"

I have tried to access office through onehopenetwork@Stuff .com and kaylee@onehopnetwork.org. But both said no subscriptions were available.

Can you help me with this?
