Hi @Peter_1985 , could you please describe the environment that you based on to deploy project? Do you use domain environment? Looks like the CA is offline? If this issue is related to ADCS, please open pkiview.msc on Issuer CA to see if there are some error message.
Assuming this isn't a permanent error, try it again in a short while - their revocation server will probably be working again shortly.

I did deploy it using VS 2015.
How should I make it ready with relevant certificate? Must the certificate be from CA, like Namecheap.com, or Godaddy.com?
Hi @Peter_1985 , thanks for your reply. I think it is not necessary to use the certificate from other CA, you can use the Certificates from local machine. Could you also kindly tell me what type of project did you try to deploy? And maybe you follow some documents to deploy this project? I may need more information to analyze and reproduce this issue on my side to check further.
