mp4 not displaying video only audio in chrome

Hi,

I have one doc library in a site in SP online where mp4 files are not showing video, only can hear audio.
However, it is working fine in chrome in another site collection library.

Very strange! no difference between the format of the video.

Any idea?

To narrow down your issue, I want to confirm:

1. Are you using .mp4 format? What is the size of this video file?
2. Which browser did you use when the issue occurred? Have you tried using other browsers?
3. Is there any difference between the two doc libraries?

Per my test, when displaying .mp4 in Edge, it works fine:

When displaying it in Chrome:

Please have a try:

1. Download the video and upload again to test if it works fine.
2. Create a new Doc Library and upload it.
3. Change to another browser.
4. Add the Video content type. You could refer to this post.
