[MSDN thread link] Some emails never arrive at my Exchange Server email account.

[Original post]
I use Outlook 365 through GoDaddy. I also have several email accounts though GoDaddy that aren't through the 365 server. Some emails sent to my Outlook 365 account never arrive. However, some emails sent to multiple users (including other GoDaddy accounts) do arrive to those account while not arriving to my 365 account. This appears to be a random occurrence, but often enough to be quite concerning.

    Hi,

This appears to be a random occurrence

Have you noticed anything in common among the messages that didn't arrive at your account, like from any particular senders or containing any particular types of attachments?
Did the sender receive any Non-Delivery message about this?

Please have a check at the Junk email folder in case the missing messages were moved there. You can also type some keywords of a problematic message in the Instant search box, then search within the entire mailbox and see if the mail could be found.

Furthermore, considering that the 365 account was got through GoDaddy, personally I'd also suggest contacting GoDaddy and see if there are similar reports about this issue and whether they have any possible fix on this.
