Self Signed Certificate: Unexpected error occurred during update of Ssl Bindings

I've created Self Signed Certificate using this tutorial:

Once I tried to install it I got the following error:

    Hi @Arnold Si ,

    Please note that self-signed certs are not supported on App Service as stated in this doc section. The article you mentioned is a workable scenario when you're using a virtual machine/IaaS (step 6). It should also be applicable to an App Service Environment.
