Teams voice mail is recorded after the hang-up

Hello teams team,when I call a person with teams and put on, if the person hasn't gone or I'm ending a conversation, then teams record a voic message for the caller, even though I've put on. What do I need to change in the settings? so that no voice mail is recorded after the hang-up???

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before this issue happened?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    To exclude the single machine issue, try in another machine or in Teams web app(https://teams.microsoft.com).

    You could try to turn off the voicemail feature and turn on later to check the result.

    If no luck, contact Teams administrator to unassign and reassign the Phone System license to you. Then, verify if this feature recovers properly.

    If all users in your organization have the same issue, it needs the Teams administrator to check if there is some error messages in the health status of Microsoft Teams in Office 365 admin center > Health > Service health.
