Rolling back windows 20HS to 1909 on a fresh install

I ran the usb ISO maker windows10 and it forced me onto 20HS by default, I need to be on 1909-2004. How about would I do this? since its a fresh install I cant just roll back in update&security>recovery> go back to previous version of windows 10.

    The only method would be to clean install it using 1909 version installation media.
