Acer XF240H horizantal and vertical lines

I got my acer monitor about a year and a half ago. I bought it at Microsoft store. The day after I bought it I realized it had some lines on it. I was extremely annoyed and mad that the day after I bought the monitor it already had issues. I hope I can return it and if there is a fix. Thank you. Please help
