Edge connectivity becomes really slow after installing a per-app VPN profile

Hi all,

Have run into a strange issue on a couple of devices after installing a per-app VPN profile (using an EMM). The profile is set to allow Edge to only use VPN for a few domains, and all other domains should be resolved using the device's external DNS.
I notice however that after the profile is installed, Edge becomes really really slow in connecting to sites (even those that are not set to use VPN). As soon as I remove the VPN profile, Edge starts working properly. Note - with the VPN profile installed, if I use another browser such as IE that is not set to go via VPN, it works as expected.

Is this something you have come across?

Thanks

Try update to the latest version of Microsoft Edge and see if problem persist?
It seems like an issue with the VPN program and you need to check with their vendors.
