Cortana e Pacote Office bloqueados pelo Proxy

Olá, preciso de ajuda com a Cortana e o Pacote Office em relação ao bloqueio no Proxy. Estou realizando a atualização e troca de SO nas estações de trabalho na minha empresa, e no final das configurações da estação de trabalho ativei o Proxy, em todos os casos, o mesmo problema ocorre, o Proxy solicita credenciais toda vez que a barra de pesquisa do windows (atualmente em conjunto com a Cortana) é aberta, o mesmo ocorre para TODA vez que qualquer programa do Pacote Office é aberto, e por conta das estações de trabalho daqui, não serem únicas para cada usuário, "salvar credenciais" não é uma opção. Já tentei todo o tipo de solução encontrado na internet, já realizei a exclusão da cortana por meio de Regedit, Power Shell e até mesmo criei uma regra de saída no Firewall, não importa o que seja feito o problema continua a ocorrer, o Office eu encontrei uma solução paliativa mas nada muito útil, que foi desativar as opções do Office se conectar a internet por meio da Central de Confiabilidade do mesmo. Gostaria de uma solução para o meu problema, se existir IPs para cadastrar na exceções do Proxy, por favor me enviar.

Based on my understanding, your issue is that every time you open any Office application, a proxy pop up appears asking for credentials and you would like to block this pop up. Is that right? Please feel free to let me know if I have any misunderstanding.
