    Hi ,

Currently in Microsoft Q&A we only support English, you may reply us in English and we can continue this thread discussing. I have translated your language into English, please check if it is right:

Hello, I need help with Cortana and the Office Package regarding the Proxy block. I am updating and changing the OS on the workstations in my company, and at the end of the workstation settings, I activated the Proxy, in all cases, the same problem occurs, the Proxy requests credentials every time the search bar windows (currently in conjunction with Cortana) is open, the same is true for EVERY time any Office Package program is opened, and because the workstations here are not unique to each user, "saving credentials" is not one option. I've tried all kinds of solutions found on the internet, I've already deleted the Cortana through Regedit, Power Shell and even created an outbound rule in the Firewall, no matter what is done the problem continues to occur, Office I I found a palliative solution but nothing very useful, which was to disable the Office options to connect to the internet through its Trust Center. I would like a solution to my problem, if there are IPs to register in the Proxy exceptions, please send me.

Based on my understanding, your issue is that every time you open any Office application, a proxy pop up appears asking for credentials and you would like to block this pop up. Is that right? Please feel free to let me know if I have any misunderstanding. If it is right, your issue is more related with office part which our forum doesn't focus on, I would suggest you have this asked in office forum for better answers. Here is the link:

    Best Regards,
