    Kindly check:

    You must have the following prerequisites installed before applying this update:

    Servicing stack update for Windows 10, version 2004: September 8, 2020 or a later servicing stack update
    October 13, 2020—KB4579311 (OS Build 19041.572) or a later cumulative update

    Disable any internet security thing or antivirus before trying.

    Reset Windows Update components manually

    If the above fails:

    If you have a Windows 10 installation media then do try a Repair install that will fix the issues with Windows update.

    Hi,

    How did you install update packages?
    We could install package through Setting\Update & Security\Windows Update or download directly from Windows Update Catalog website.

    We could try the following measure to install update manually.

    Disable firewall and antivirus software.

    Create a new folder named as C:\temp\cab
    Download update package from http://catalog.update.microsoft.com to C:\temp
    Run command line below to exact .msu file for getting .cab file.
    expand -F:* C:\temp{.msu file name with extension} C:\temp\cab
    Run DISM command line below to add .cab file.
    Dism /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\temp\cab{.cab file with extension}

    If you try to install monthly rollup, do not forget to install latest SSU before monthly rollup.

    By the way, I didn't found any suspicious information in your CBS log, might be it is not the whole of the CBS log file.
    As forum not support log debug, I would recommend to create a ticket if log debug is necessary for you.

    Did you download update package again?

    I noticed the error message shows there is some part of this file is missing which caused the package installation failure.

    Try to download update package again. Make sure turn off firewall and antivirus software to avoid they block package download.

    After that, try to install with DISM command line again.
