Exam certification not loading

I took the MD-100 exam on Friday 11 December 2020 and the view certificate button takes me to a blank page. How do I obtain my certificate?

    Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
