I have added the following user to Azure OpenAI and this user cannot able to access Azure OpenAI.
- added to the reader of the subscription
- added to the reader of Azure OpenAI
- added to the Cognitive service contributor
Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to us, could you please share more details that what do you mean by not able to access Azure OpenAI? Is that from Azure OpenAI Studio or some other way?

It is Azure OpenAI.
The person I added cannot see Azure OpenAI from his view.
Additional information, I added other users, and other users are fine, it's just this one user has an issue of accessing Azure OpenAI.

We can not ask for more confidential information in the public forum, it will be better to solve this issue by support ticket.
