Problem in. 20H2 with dll

I have a great problem with 'windows 10' after updating to version '20H2'. An important app / program does not start with the following message - see appendix !

apwxpp.exe or the shown dll files are not valid Windows components.

Which program are you trying to open?

Please let us know what program you are using?

If it is a third-party software, we suggest that you should consult with the software supplier to check if the app can be used on Windows 10 20H2 or is there any compatible version released for 20H2.
