Hello.

I´m trying to get into a task, but it says "there´s a problem" so I cannot open none of my tasks on my planner.

To narrow down this issue, could you provide the screenshot about this issue please?

Can you add the task in Teams Planner normally and open it well?

Hi!

No one else have the same issue. I realized the issue is on shared planners (groups), I can create new tasks, but I cannot get into it nor access to the old ones

I'm having the same issue within Teams. The Tasks by Planner and To Do cannot display the plans connected to these groups. I can confirm the plans are accessible if every other way, including through the tabs at the top of the group channels. It is only when I try to access the plans under Shared plans within the Tasks by Planner and To Do application.

Looks like this problem persists. Any ideas? Experiencing it for one user all of a sudden. It's like as thouhg they have limited permissions to all shared groups. Also found they can't create a shared planner anymore.

Hi @Alejandra Benjumea Velasquez ,

Have you tried to open the plan in the Planner app to check if the plan does exist?

In addition, we recommend you try to remove the tab (do not check the Permanently delete this plan and all its tasks … checkbox) and re-add it by using an existing plan from this team and see if it helps.

Inside teams. I try to open my task so I can post a comment, but it says "there's a problem" so I cannot apen the task
