    Hello,

Check for latest updates at Settings > Update & Recovery > Windows Update, see if V20H2 is offered.

Else, refer this page to learn about known issue with V20H2: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-20h2. Check if any of known issue relates to you.

If no issue is related to you, upgrade to V20H2 via ISO file.

    Refer this step-by-step guide:

    Hi,

Any error message occur when you try to upgrade to Windows 10 20H2?
Is it available to check for Windows 10 20H2 feature update in Settings\Update & Security\Windows Update?

We could try to boot computer into Clean Boot environment, turn off firewall and antivirus software to eliminate affection from them, and upgrade again.

Also We could upgrade with Windows 10 update assistant tool to upgrade.

    Bests,
