Im not able to choose an exam provider form my certification dashboard

I scheduled an MS Exam through Pearson VUE and when I try to do it following the steps on my certification dashboard I was not able to choose "Pearson VUE" the list box is already open and when I click on Pearson VUE the "GO" didn't get enabled.

I need to rescheduled the exam and get a solution to be able to choose the exam provider.

    I have the same problem, unable to select the exam provider.
