I am an IT technician for an organization. We have added a guest user to our organization so she can view a specific sharepoint; however, she cannot open secure e-mails for individuals inside our organization. Is there a way to allow her to receive secure e-mails.

    Hi @Natalie Castleman ,
Did your "secure emails" mean the IRM messages?

If so, I have tried to create a group and add guest users to it for testing, and found the guest user also couldn't open the IRM messages directly, which is same with yours. Based on my research, it has actually been stated in the official document like below : Guest members can't view messages that are protected with Information Rights Management (IRM).

Please understand that IRM helps prevent sensitive information from being read, printed, forwarded, or copied by unauthorized people, IRM messages invisible to guest users could help protect our information and we couldn't change it. So if you need to share the message with the guest user, you may need to send a normal message.
