Windows Server 2022 - RD Licencing Manager

Hi,

I am trying to activate a RD Licensing Manager - License Server. I have a Product ID number and need to activate via phone as it is on a disconnected network (no internet access) but when I phone MS they were unable to help me and told me to raise a support request, but this is asking me to pay money for support.

All I want to do is activate the product, but I can't.

What are my options?

    Hello!

    When you mentioned “Phone method”, did you contact the Remote Desktop Licensing customer service representative? You can find their phone number from Remote Desktop Server Licensing (microsoft.com).  Ensure you have the appropriate activation phone number for your region.
