Hi,
Sorry but we don’t support log analysis. Also, $WINDOWS.~BT$ and $Windows.~WS may include sensitive information and Q&A is a public forum so it’s recommended that you don’t post them here or erase sensitive information before posting log screenshots here.
I have tried edit registry in my virtual machine by following steps in the link. But the key values always stay same after I close and reopen registry. So I think editing registry is useless. And it’s strongly recommended that you do not modify it in case of a system crash.
Enterprise LTSB is a special version so it might be impossible to downgrade it to Win 10 Pro. But you can try Downgrade Windows 10 Enterprise to Windows 10 Pro by using Win 10 Pro default product key VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T.
Before you perform the downgrade, although it claims that you won’t lose anything, you’d better fully backup in case of data loss. Also, please make sure that your PC meets Computer Specifications & Systems Requirements.
If the link doesn’t help, you can use ShowKeyPlus to check whether there are other keys in your PC. If you could find one, use the key to activate your Windows then go to Download Windows 10 to use the tool to upgrade your PC to Windows 10 Pro. You can choose Keep personal files and apps during the upgrade.
If there aren’t other keys in your PC, please run slmgr /dlv and post the screenshot here. I will check whether there is a way to downgrade or you have to reinstall your system.
Please backup before you perform any operation.
