Want to understand what are the file size limitations in the copy activity (the max file size that can be copied in a single copy activity).
Are there any such limitations with respect to any type of source or sink ?

As per my knowledge there are no file size limitations when using copy activity however copy duration will be dependent on the size of the data transferred from source to destination. Please refer to the documentation to get an estimated duration.
I am also checking internally with the products team if any such limitations exists and get back you on the same.
