I need advice how to exit Microsoft MDM for i think? Education. Case of unauthorised access / fraud?

I posted elsewhere but was kindly steered to this community. My issue is as follows: I've learned my Samsung a55 and Vivobook have been enrolled ?(onboarded) to Microsoft AZURE Device Management for Education. This is fraud on part of the perpetrator. Due to regular notifications with edu. I am guessing I've been slotted as a student? Person responsible has assumed super-admin control over my devices making my life a living hell. ANY legitimate advice is welcome please. I am not tech savvy and have not first idea how to exit out of this awful situation. Any advice to assist greatly appreciated please?

From your description, I know your device was enrolled in Intune for education and you want to unenroll it.

Based on my research, Intune for education is only available for Windows and iOS devices, cause your devices are Android, your device may not enroll as Intune for education.

1.What kind of enrollment method do you use?

2.Could you check your device status in Intune portal and take a screenshot?

3.Could you provide the screenshot of notifications on device?

4.Does company portal appear on both of your devices?
