Why can I not open custom model from Document Intelligence studio?

When I go to Azure Document Intelligence Studio I see the various model cards that I can select. However, when I select the Custom Model card it asks me to sign in again. When I select my account to sign in with, I then get another screen that just flashes between two types of login pages. One says sign in with a different account. the other says sign in, and it just keeps rotating between the two ever 2 seconds. It doesn't make sense since I am already logged in to my admin account, and then signed in again to Document Intelligence Studio.
Please help.

- The login loop could be caused by corrupted cache or cookies. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser might resolve the issue.
- If your browser has pop-up blockers enabled, they might interfere with the login process. Ensure that pop-ups are allowed for the Document Intelligence Studio site.
- Sometimes, session tokens can become invalid, leading to repeated login prompts. Signing out of all Azure sessions and signing in again might help.
- If there are issues with your account or if the permissions for accessing custom models are misconfigured, it might cause this behavior. Check to ensure your account has the necessary permissions to access custom models.
- Certain features in Azure might not work well with all browsers. If possible, try accessing the Document Intelligence Studio using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
