FSMO behaviour

Hello,

I would like to know what is the difference between these two articles:

One article mentions it applies to Server 2012R2, and the other article mentions that it applies to Windows Server 2019, Windows Server Standard 2016, Windows Server Essentials 2016, Windows Server Datacenter 2016.

I have Server 2012 R2. Is there any difference in FSMO operations of 2012R2 vs 2016/2019? For example, FMSO behaviour in shutdown process.

Please let me know which article applies to Server 2012R2.
