Having the following error for a number of content items in a SharePoint search crawl.

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020) ( SearchID = 23C293F9-B001-4EA9-BA16-C768E56459D0 )

Not sure how to resolve this one, only advice i can see in a farm restart

Ended up doing a farm restart and running a full crawl seems to have solved the issue.

    Hi @Clement, Phil ,

Whether the issue occurs when you crawl the Local SharePoint sites content source?

If it is true, follow the article to configure the antivirus software to exclude folders from antivirus scanning.

If the issue still exists, try to disable antivirus then full crawl again to check the result.

In addition, you could use ULS viewer to check ULS logs for any other clues.
