Why my usercontrol's page is null

I developed a usercontrol as a webpart for sharepoint2013,when i user page.loadcontrol(ascx_path) in CreateChildControls,and i get the error :page is null,why?

Can you please share more details about this issue? Is it possible to share the source code or steps? So that we can reproduce this issue in our environment.
