To further check this issue, please kindly try below method:

1.Open the Hyper-V manager and navigate to virtual switch manager, check existing virtual switches and make sure that yit's not bound to the WiFi adapter. You can do this by opening the Hyper-V Manager and navigating to Virtual Switch Manager.

2.Error code 0x800700AA may be caused by misconfigured system files. Please run SFC scan to check if there's any corrupted files.
