Trying to book an AZ-900 exam via Pearson Vue and getting an error?

Question

So I’m logged into Microsoft and I’ve completed the 6 part training and accumulated points etc. as you can see:
Yet when I click the yellow ‘Schedule with Pearson Vue’ I get the attached error page etc.
See screen shots - I have created a microsoft username and email as requested.
I've tried using bopth emails show in the screen shots.

Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
