    If you are referring to the Billing details for an Office 365 subscription, you can find those under the M365 Admin center > Billing > Billing accounts or directly via https://admin.microsoft.com/#/BillingAccounts/billing-accounts

    Select the relevant item therein and make any changes as necessary.
