I configured win11 64-bit operating system, installed EXCEL Standard Edition 2021 (LTSC) version, and reported an error when loading the planned startup item add-in.

I've started trying:

1I have tried allowing the macro to load;

2. Run excel in safe mode, cancel all controls under COM, and try to load again;

All the above attempts reported errors.
