Did this problem only appear with Slover add-in?
What's the error message did you get?
I suggest you try these methods and check if it will help you.
- Check Compatibility: Ensure that the Planning Solver add-in is compatible with the 64-bit version of Excel and Windows 11. Some add-ins may require specific versions or updates.
Run Excel as Administrator: Sometimes, running Excel with administrative privileges can help load add-ins correctly. Right-click on the Excel icon and select “Run as administrator.”
- Move Solver.dll: If the issue persists, try copying the
Solver.dll
file to the%SystemRoot%\System32
folder.
