Hi @Paula,
Please check if the command line option --disable-features="msIrm, msIrmv2, msEndpointDlp" works. Here're the steps:
- Open Command Prompt (cmd).
- Close all msedge.exe instances with the command: taskkill /f /im msedge.exe. If failed, you can end msedge.exe in task manager.
- Use the command to add command line option when starting Microsoft Edge: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-features="msIrm, msIrmv2, msEndpointDlp"
- If it solves the problem, consider adding the command line option like this: Right click on Edge shortcut icon --> Shortcut --> Target --> "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe" --disable-features="msIrm, msIrmv2, msEndpointDlp". So you don't need to open command prompt any more.
If the steps above solves the problem, a fix is on the way to next releases of Microsoft Edge. We appreciate your understanding.
