Microsoft money communication error with qfx files

Question

I download my transactions from my bank using the Quicken format.

When I import them to Microsoft Money, I have never receive any error messages in the last 20 years.

Today, I get this message :

Its not like the file is corrupt or anything. I re-import last month's qfx files and same error message. But when i import OFX files, no problem. So it doesn't appear to be the software, the qfx, or the ofx file.

Can someone advise how to fix the issue? I also rebooted the computer and it still doesn't work.
