authenticator not receiveing notifications and i can't enter a 2-digit code

Question

I'm stuck in authenticator loop, with every MS365 account I have. MA not receiving notifications, no way to enter a 2-digit code, so have to text my phone. MS365 asks me 3 times to do this then puts up a blank screen. can't work anymore
