In my Power Automate flow, why does OneDrive for Business convert HMTL to PDF no longer work?

I have a flow that uses the OneDrive connector to convert an HTML file into PDF, but over the last month the function not worked, creating nonsensical file with no formatting or images. I worked perfectly previously... did MicroSoft do something?
