I tried the following under https://github.com/Azure/AzureStackHCI-EvalGuide

For your first step, simply click on the "Deploy to Azure" button above and you will be taken to the Custom Template Deployment Wizard in Azure Portal.

You will need to supply the Resource Group and the Admin Password still, but this is a fairly easy process.

Hit Review+Create and jump to the "After Deployment Section"

And it has error below. Can 't RDP to the HCIhost001.Snipaste_2024-08-27_16-57-47

Azure Stack HCI

    Hi Junfu Feng,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

It looks like you're facing issues with the DSC configuration the error is saying it can't reach ashcisandbox.azureedge.net. Make sure the DNS settings on your VM are correct and that it can resolve domain names. Also, review any firewall rules or network security groups to ensure they allow outbound traffic.

Double-check the configuration of the ConfigureAsHciHost extension to ensure all parameters are correct. Sometimes network issues can be transient, so it might be worth retrying the deployment or configuration. Once please refer this document VM Extension DSC Troubleshooting Guide

We appreciate your feedback don’t forget to "accept the answer" if this information is helpful. It can assist other community members facing similar issues.

    Thank you.!
