Provisioning profiles problem on Apple Silicon (Mac Mini M1)

For the most part VS for Mac works fine on Apple Silicon but the one issue I'm seeing is that it's not picking up the provisioning profiles so I can't test on a device nor upload a build to TestFlight. Also AppCenter is affected as the CLI doesn't work. Really wish VS had AppCenter integration to upload debug symbols via the IDE. Anyways, so far it's 99% but the provisioning profiles not being found is a show stopper.
