Hi,
I am trying to log in to my work email (not this account) but whenever I try to log in, it prompts me to the Microsoft Authenticator app. Trying to log in to the authenticator app asks me a code from the authenticator app, which I obviously cannot do. It's taking me in circles.
I assume this is because I am logging in from a new phone as my old one no longer turns on. The IT desk at my workplace said they cannot do anything about the issue.
Help please?

Erica Redmond 35 Reputation points2024-08-27T13:26:07.74+00:00 Hi, I am having a similar issue. I can't login to my Microsoft account (not this account) and when I try login I can't get the code from the Authenticator App. There is no way to get a code it is sending me in circles!
