Apparently, a Bitlocker code was created for Drive Label: BTM31 Windows 3/30/2022. While my device is listed in Device listings for btm31 HP Laptop 17-by4xxx.Bitlocker Apps first installed on 4/14/2022. I cannot access the BitLocker code. I generated a new one but it was locked due to a faulty patch launched 4/12/2024. I am in the blue screen asking for the BitLocker code. It is not on my account. I have information in Microsoft.
