Keyboard not working (software problem)

My laptop onboard keyboard periodically stops working for a few days and will periodically start up again. It is definitely not a hardware issue.

What I believe is happening is that there is a conflict between port that are being used.

On one occasion I managed to refresh the ports somehow and then uninstall the keyboard. Then, when I restarted the machine, it located the keyboard once again.

I can't seem to find out how I did this and my keyboard is currently not working again.

Are you able to give me directions about getting the port reassigned to my keyboard once again, please?

Any help that you could offer would be much appreciated. Windows 10.

    Hi,
1.Why did you suspect that there is port conflict that resulted the problematic keyboard? And not sure what kind of port you are referring to as this is not plug-in keyboard.

2.Have you run the "Find and fix keyboard problems" via search? Is there any problems detected with Windows Built-in troubleshooter?

3.Please check if any driver update under device manager?

4.Please test by cleanboot if any third party tools or service that impact the usage of Keyboard.
