Azure Devops On-Prem / Change URL

Hello,
We have a customer who had an issue with their Azure On-Premise Devops server. This has been rebuilt but the server has been configured with a URL called http://server:81
All of their projects are linked to http://server:81/tfs.
If I change the public URL in Azure Devops Server Administration Console, this doesn't resolve the problem as I am assuming the process is a bit more complicated than that. I have found a lot of guides about how to move Devops, restore etc but is there a simple process of configuring Devops to present itself on a different URL?

Looking for info I found that you should check the url at IIS and change it too.
