Since recently, the shortcut "Ctrl" & "+" is used for zooming and not for superscripting anymore, how can I undo this change or set the shortcut myself?

I am using:
Microsoft® Word 2019 MSO (Version 2406 Build 16.0.17726.20078) 32 Bit

    Hi,

Did this problem only appear with "Ctrl" & "+" shortcut?

I suggest you try this method and try to reset shortcut keys:

Go to File- Options- Customize Ribbon- Down below Keyboard Shortcuts: Customize- Reset All.

If this problem, try to repair Office:

You can customize keyboard shortcuts in the Customize Keyboard dialog box (File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Customize). Look for the Superscript command in the "All Commands" category. See the screen shot below.

P.S. The shortcut changes have been implemented gradually since they were first announced in the Office Insider blog; see https://insider.microsoft365.com/en-us/blog/new-zoom-shortcuts-in-word .
