Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I recently followed the guide provided at Microsoft Documentation: Install and Run Document Intelligence Containers to set up and run the Azure Cognitive Services Custom Template container.

Despite carefully adhering to all the prerequisites and steps outlined in the documentation, I encountered an error while attempting to retrieve entry names from the formrecognizer collection.

Error Details:
