How can i apply a machine policy to especifics machines in a GPO, not apllying this policy to the others machines in this GPO?

    You can create a WMI filter to apply the GPO to specific machines. Please refer to these links for more details.

    Or you can just move the computers you want to apply a GPO to a sub OU and link the GPO to that.
