Error for Exam registration

Question

I am trying to register exam for certification with my organization ID (i.e. Accenture).Once I put all details like address, city, state ,email ID. when I hit submit button I am getting page with message as unexpected error. Please help me with this as soon as possible as I am using Microsoft voucher which limited for specific days. certification_1.png certification_2.png
